    Description

    A buttery-flavored, flat & squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years -- called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod" meaning bread cheese". We bake each piece in our own special ovens to create a delicious toasty crust.
    To Serve: Warm in over, microwave, skillet or grill unit it glistens. Cut into strips and serve for breakfast or dessert with jam, honey or syrup.
    Great as an appetizer with salsa or savory dips.
    Traditional cheese created with milk from cows on Wisconsin's pastures, hand milked by Amish farmers & delivered to our plant in chilled milk cans.... the old fashioned way.
