Due to the extraordinary global demand for thermometry products, Braun ThermoScan PRO 4000 ear thermometer probe covers that are commonly used on the Braun ThermoScan® PRO 3000 and PRO 4000 ear thermometers, will be unavailable until further notice.
As a result, we recommend customers with PRO 4000 and PRO 3000 ear thermometers use PRO 6000 ear thermometer probe covers. PRO 6000 probe covers were designed and validated for use on PRO 6000 ear thermometer as well as PRO 4000 and PRO 3000 ear thermometers.

While the PRO 6000 probe covers are compatible with these devices, correct technique must be used to load a probe cover and ensure a secure attachment and normal operation. Incorrect loading may cause the “no probe cover is attached” icon to flash on the display and the thermometer will be unable to take a temperature.
